Apart from football, what's your greatest passion?

Probably music. I really enjoy music and now that I have got all these afternoons free I'm going to start learning how to play the guitar. I'm into all kinds of music, I can listen to anything. Apart from classical music that is.

What's been the most memorable moment in your career to date?

Apart from signing for Reading it would be winning promotion from League One to the Championship with Colchester, that's an incredible memory. It was a real achievement for Colchester and it stands out for me. The game at Yeovil where we got promoted and the bus ride around Colchester were both so good. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and although I hope to win a lot more, that memory won't get beaten for a very long time.

What's the best goal you've ever scored?

It was for Colchester against Sheffield Wednesday in October. I picked it up about 35 yards out, had one touch and put in the far corner off the far post. It was up for goal of the year in the 2007 Coca-Cola Football League awards. That's my favourite.
