TLR were lucky to meet up with Stuart Baxter, the British National Team Manager of Finland...

Although Stuart's isn't a household name here in the UK, he is undeniably one of our most successful Managerial exports. In a career which has taken him all over the World - his managerial career alone has seen him work in 7 countries across 3 continents - he's come up against earthquakes (Japan), death threats

(Sweden), South African politics (guess where) and, in the Champions League with AIK Stockholm, what was termed the "Group of Death" - Arsenal, Barcelona and Fiorentina, respectively containing the likes of Viera, Rivaldo and Batistuta.

In the process, he has built up a respected list of compatriots in the game, including Arsene Wenger, Carlos Queiroz and Sven Goran Eriksson, all of whom speak highly of his talents.
